How the crown
works.
Kingme is an advertising marketplace. You buy a public placement on this site. The featured placement — #1 — can be bought from the current holder at a published premium. That is resale of an ad slot, not a wager. There is no chance element. Prices and splits are fixed and shown before you pay.
- 01The first #1 spot costs $5. After that, taking it costs at least 2x the current price, in whole dollars.
- 02When you are dethroned, you receive 70% of the new placement price. The marketplace keeps 30%.
- 03The current holder may raise their own price by $1 or more. A self-raise pays no one; the full amount is the marketplace fee for strengthening the slot.
- 04A dethroned listing drops onto the board below #1. Board rank is the total you have paid. Minimum $2. The same URL adds to its existing total.
- 05Placements below #1 have no resale payout. Only #1 resells.
- 06Clicks are counted when someone leaves this site through a listing. We publish clicks, visitors, volume, and payouts. We do not publish the house profit.
Content policy
Public http(s) URLs only. No illegal content, malware, or adult content. We may delist a placement that breaks this policy without a refund.
Payouts
Resale proceeds are recorded as owed the moment a takeover settles. Use the claim link tied to your listing to send a PayPal address or bank detail. We pay claimed balances manually within 48 hours. Unclaimed balances older than 12 months are forfeited.
Refunds
Payouts are final once recorded. If two people try to buy #1 and the second payment arrives after the price has moved, that second payment is refunded in full and the homepage says so when you return from checkout. Placements below #1 are not refundable.
